    Measure

    We coordinate accurate window measurements to help ensure your treatments are specified for your space.

    • We coordinate measurements for each window included in your project.
    • Mounting positions and clearances are reviewed so products are specified correctly.
    • Your final selections and measurements form the basis of your quote.
  3. Step 03

    Install

    We handle installation for projects within our confirmed service coverage.

    • Installation is handled by Velum for projects within our confirmed Colorado service coverage.
    • We'll schedule a time with you once your products are ready.
    • For shipped orders outside our service area, installation is not included.

Velum Custom Shades & Draperies is a window-treatment brand focused on one thing: helping you choose and live with blinds, shades and drapery that suit your home.

Velum is owned by Cabinet House, a Denver, Colorado home-improvement business led by Claudia Flores. While Cabinet House focuses on its own work, Velum was created as a separate brand so window treatments get the dedicated attention they deserve.

Every project starts with a conversation, continues with careful measurement, and — within our Colorado service coverage — finishes with installation handled by Velum.
